Managing Director
Paul Ratcliffe
Previously, Paul set up small commercial vessel funding businesses at Bank of Scotland (14 years) and Shawbrook Bank (10 years). He originally developed this concept due to an underserved market within the UK SME marine sector. He started his career in 1980 with Bibby Line Group, serving as a Deck Officer, before going into Asset Finance.

Jason Crump
Jason has worked in the Financial Services industry for 25 years. He brings a wealth of experience after spending 10 years at Shawbrook Bank, where he helped to build the Marine Finance business, and 15 years prior to that at Bank of Scotland in Marine finance and other financial sectors.

Ryan Baverstock
Ryan has been involved in leisure and commercial marine finance for 16 years. Having started at Lombard in 2008, he moved to Shawbrook Bank in 2017 where he was involved in funding all types of commercial vessels. Ryan is a qualified solicitor and has previously worked for a specialist marine law firm.

Howard Quinlivan
Howard has 20 years of legal expertise in both the maritime and shipping sectors. His previous experience extends to working for a London based P&I/FDD Club Manager, as a P&I Correspondent providing on-ship attendance, as a London-based Senior lawyer at a boutique shipping law firm, and work as a Senior Claims Adjuster at a P&I Club.

Chantelle Norman
Chantelle is the Head of the Sales Support team and helped set up the new Marine Finance division. She brings over 11 years’ experience working in the Commercial Marine Finance sector. She is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the sales support team with a focus on ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Debbie is a Marine Sales Support Specialist who has been in the Asset Finance industry for 13 years in various roles, including a senior role in Operations. Debbie’s most recent role was specialising in complex Marine and Aviation transactions, and she adds invaluable experience to the Marine Finance team.
